 “Questions concerning cost of infertility treatments should be addressed in the initial stages of discussion with Center staff. Some health and medical insurance programs may provide coverage for Center programs. We will make a copy of your insurance card, and contact them on your behalf. We will verify your infertility coverage. We also suggest contacting your insurance provider to determine coverage for a specific program. We will assist you in the precertification process. However, patients are ultimately responsible for payment of all charges incurred.
Insurance
Only 25 percent of insurance companies cover the costs of diagnosing and treating infertility (as reported by RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association.) Some companies may cover drug therapy while others may cover up to 3 IVF cycles. With the range in coverage, you may want to investigate your insurance options more thoroughly during your company’s open enrollment season if you are considering visiting an infertility specialist. Our Center is contracted with all the major insurance plans. We accept, but are not limited too Atena, Anthem, BC/BS, Humana, Medical Mutual, Cigna, Great West, and United Health Care alone with various other commercial/third party payors.

The cost of infertility treatment will depend on the treatment plan the physician recommends for you and if you have any insurance coverage. We would be happy to discuss our typical infertility treatment fees with you. The cost will range from initial work-up and evaluation to high-tech procedures – Artificial Insemination IUI, In Vitro Fertilization IVF and Donor cycles.
